Return & Refund Policy – The Tikvah Shop
At The Tikvah Shop, we value your satisfaction and strive to ensure a smooth and faith-filled shopping experience. Please read our Return, Refund, Cancellation, and Shipping policies carefully.
Return Policy
Products must be returned to The Tikvah Shop within 7 days from the date of delivery.
To qualify for a return, products must be:
Unused and in their original condition
Returned with all tags, packaging, invoice, courier receipt, and any accompanying documents
Please ensure the product is securely packed to avoid damage during transit. Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received successfully by The Tikvah Shop (Stuti Johnson Warghat), we will initiate your refund to the original payment method or an alternate method of your choice.
Refunds will be processed within 7–8 working days from the date we receive the returned item.
Refund & Cancellation for Service-Based Transactions
Due to the nature of our service-based offerings, no refund or cancellation requests will be accepted once payment has been made for such services.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing them.
After 24 hours, once your order has been processed or shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.
However, eligible products may still be returned as per our Return Policy.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
The Tikvah Shop ships products across most parts of India.
Orders are typically shipped within 42 -78 hours (excluding Sundays and National Holidays).
Estimated Delivery Time:
Metro & Major Cities: 3–4 business days after shipping
Remote or Non-Courier Areas: 7–15 business days (depending on location)
Please note that delivery timelines are approximate. Unexpected delays may occur due to logistics or courier issues beyond our control. In such cases, we will do our best to assist you promptly.
Order Cancellation by The Tikvah Shop:
We reserve the right to cancel an order in rare cases where:
Delivery timelines cannot be met, or
The shipment becomes untraceable or undeliverable
In such cases, the full amount paid will be refunded to your original payment source.
